Honestly if I could give Samatha 10+ stars I would. I can’t get over how COMFORTABLE everything was. The main bedroom had a king sized bed and it was truly like sleeping on a cloud. The couches and chairs were so comfortable I fell asleep multiple times just in the chair alone!
Overall we will definitely be staying here again and thank you to Samantha for being so accommodating, responsive and providing a place that truly felt like home.

Another great job today by Josh Schaffner at S&S Property Management. He went through my entire sprinkler system, adjusted heads as needed, and changed out some of the heads to allow better coverage. Even added another head in one area. He is knowledgeable, efficient, honest, reasonably priced, and always a gentleman. This is the second time Josh has come to my rescue. I highly recommend him.
Overall we will definitely be staying here again and thank you to Samantha for being so accommodating, responsive and providing a place that truly felt like home.

This place is magical! The house is enormous and impeccable with modern decor and great views of the property from almost anywhere inside! The dock was perfectly placed to sit right on the lake with endless rows of palm trees swaying in the distance… Sam is an amazingly talented event coordinator utilizing every inch of space to tie in the most romantic and flowing Feng shui! Will totally be planning our next family reunion or maybe vow renewals at this sanctuary neatly tucked away in north Vero Beach.
