Awesome historical home and property.
If I could give the property manager 10 stars, I would. She’s awesome - responds, follow ups quickly.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful historic home very much! It is located directly across the road from the train tracks which is basically the only noise we heard other than people having fun in the distance at Earl's across the highway on weekends. Our grandchildren LOVED the trains! We felt it was good to see how all the goods we use everyday are transported across the country. Ear plugs are provided but none of us used them, we slept well trains & all! There are churches on either side of the home, a playground with basketball courts at the Boys & Girls Club within walking distance through the Presbyterian church parking lot. We felt the area was very safe & so close to everything! The yard & pool are very well maintained. The yard is enclosed, large & offers a wonderful setting for children to play in.The kitchen is great & pretty well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Samantha & her husband were very attentive to any concerns we may have had. So grateful we found this gem!

We enjoyed our January at Braddock House! Most noteable was that Sam and Josh are stellar property managers! We had a windstorm which brought down some privacy fencing. We notified them and it was immediately fixed. January is not a pool or beach month but plenty of relaxing opportunity in this wonderful house and very large and beautifully landscaped yard. We were in a paradise! The neighbor hood is quite safe though will say, not quiet. It gets pretty lively most afternoons and nights. If you like trains and live music this will rock you!

What a lovely place! The photos don’t do it justice! The house was stocked with everything we could have needed (except food of course but there were plenty of spices and oil in the cabinets). We didn’t mind the train at all. It didn’t even wake us up. We will definitely stay again!
