OUR TEAM
S& S Property Management is owned and operated by Joshua and Samantha Schaffner. We are partners in life as well as business. Between the two of us, we have over 35 years in the construction, design, real estate and property management. We built S&S so we could do things better. So many large companies forget the details with turnover from new employees and loose touch with the little things that makes good service so hard to come by. We select the properties we care for when we meet the people who need our services. We believe every client should feel comfortable leaving their home or business in our care.
