Whether you're planning a family getaway or a relaxing coastal escape, this property offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort in one of Florida’s most charming waterfront towns.

Master bedroom: queen bed with private bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 & 3: queen beds with shared bathroom.  It has a tub shower combo with toilet, sink and vanity space.

The living space is open and feature comfortable seating, desk space, smart TV, dining for 6 with additional breakfast table by the fully stocked kitchen. 

Screened in patios has table seating and a porch swing, BBQ grill and a hammock. The is a small dog door that goes to a small fenced in area for your smaller pets.  The rest of the yard is not fenced in.

We do love pets and they are welcome.

Pet fee is $100, max 2 dogs.

There are security cameras pointing at the driveway, front exterior entry and sides of the home. There are no cameras in the back yard.

Location

Pelicans Nest is located in South Sebastian just off Barber street.  Physical address will be given upon booking.
