Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Waterfront Oasis is located at the mouth of Sebastian River and Indian River Lagoon. Sit back and relax while enjoying both sunrise and sunset or enjoy fishing both the river front and marina. The home has water at the front and back yards as well as a dock to bring your boat and enjoy your stay. The third bedroom is a separate in law suite that faces the marina side and features a small kitchen, queen bed, futon and private bathroom.

About
This home has 3 bedrooms. 2 are in the main house with 1 king and 1 queen bed. The third is an in-law suite with separate entrance and has a Queen bed, futon and kitchenette. There is a large living room with beautiful views of the river and a full kitchen and dining space in the main house. There is a dedicated work space with large desk.
The front of the home has views of the marina while the back yard opens up the the mouth of the Sebastian River allowing for both sunrise and sunset views. Just wait til you see all the wildlife and watch the river come alive. You can fish right off the dock or bring your boat for a weekend of fishing or island hoping.

Bedroom 3: The in-laws suite with private entrance. Queen bed, futon, full bath with shower and lightly stocked kitchenette.
In addition to the air-conditioned living space there is also a porch with sofa for afternoon naps or catching up on a good book.
The back yard has a high top table and additional outdoor seating for 4. Lounge chairs are provided around the fire pit.

Bring your boat.
The draft at the end of the dock is 3' to 4' at most times. Max boat height to fit under the Sebastian bridge is 18".

We do love pets and they are welcome.
Pet fee is $100, max 2 dogs.

There are security cameras pointing at the driveway, outside hall and at the dock area.

We had an amazing week at this house by the water. There were all the commodities needed for our stay and even more. We'd love to go back. There are dolphins and manatees passing by the dock, it was magical

The location was fantastic. Had access to the water with a dock for us to park the boat. Plenty of room inside the home and great amenities. If you plan on bringing a boat contact the host ahead of time. It is a one lane road to get to the house and no where to turn around.

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

Had a great time at the Waterfront Oasis! Peaceful, private and tranquil property with your own private dock overlooking the Saint Sebastian river! The house was exactly as described and was very quaint and had a cute coastal vibe. We instantly felt right at home. Fully stocked and clean kitchen made cooking meals a breeze, but the real prize was the view and dock! Amazing sunrises and sunsets, we saw dolphins and manatees as we fished right in the backyard! The beds were comfortable and the neighbors were all very friendly. The host was very helpful and nice as well. Had a wonderful time at the Waterfront Oasis!
